We explain & recommend
A sourced report with signals, gaps, and a clear call.
DataMintor turns a raw idea into an evidence-backed opportunity assessment through a repeatable, transparent pipeline. No guesswork, no invented numbers — every score traces back to real market data.
We start by understanding what you are researching. DataMintor classifies each query as a business (a service you might start, like mobile detailing) or a physical product (an item you might sell, like a kitchen gadget), then tailors the data sources and scoring factors to that mode.
We collect real market and product signals from approved marketplace and business-listing sources — listing volume, pricing, competitor counts, ratings, review volume, and search demand. Where a direct source is unavailable, we fall back to web-grounded market intelligence so every figure remains sourced and traceable.
Raw data is inconsistent. We normalize signals from different providers into common metrics — average price, competitor concentration, demand index, sentiment split, and startup-capital range — so they can be compared and scored on the same scale.
A deterministic scoring engine converts the normalized metrics into a proprietary 0–100 Opportunity Score using weighted factors: demand, market growth, competition, customer sentiment, and pricing power. The score is never invented by AI — it is computed from structured data, and every factor shows the weight and contribution that moved the final number.
Once the evidence is collected and scored, an AI writes the narrative that explains it — an executive summary, market signals, competitive gaps, and a clear recommendation (pursue, investigate, caution, or avoid). The AI only interprets data that was already gathered; it never fabricates the underlying numbers.
You receive a sourced report with a data-confidence indicator, provenance for each signal, and a last-updated timestamp. When data is missing, we surface "Insufficient Data" rather than guessing — so you always know how much weight to put behind a score.

Where does the data come from?
We use approved marketplace and business-listing sources, and web-grounded market signals as a fallback so every number is sourced. We never bypass authentication, CAPTCHAs, rate limits, or terms of service.
Is the Opportunity Score made by AI?
No. The score is computed from structured metrics by a deterministic scoring engine. The AI only writes the narrative that explains the already-collected evidence.
What if data is missing?
We surface 'Insufficient Data' rather than fabricating numbers, and show a data-confidence indicator on every report.
